Claims Deadline Reminder

Submit Your 2025 Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS) Claims Before April 30!

Now is the time to ensure you have submitted all your 2025 FSAFEDS claims.


Deadline: All claims must be received by April 30, 2026.Any claims submitted after this time will not be reimbursed. If you did not re-enroll for a 2026 HCFSA or LEX HCFSA, any remaining funds in your account will be forfeited.


Important Reminders


Health Care FSA (HCFSA) & Limited Expense Health Care FSA (LEX HCFSA) Carryover

  • You may carry over up to $660 into 2026, but all 2025 claims must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
  • To be eligible for carryover:
    • You must have had an an active account on December 31, 2025.
    • You must have have re-enrolled in an HCFSA or LEX HCFSA during Open Season for 2026.
  • Carryover funds will be available in late May after all prior-year claims are processed.

Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) Claims

  • Eligible 2025 DCFSA expenses must have been incurred between January 1, 2025, and March 15, 2026
  • Submit all 2025 claims by April 30, 2026 to receive reimbursement.
  • Claims received after this date will not be reimbursed.

Helpful Tips for Filing Claims

  • Check for missing claims. Review your online account and compare claim payments with your 2025 receipts.
  • Use Paperless Reimbursement (HCFSA/LEX HCFSA). Make sure eligible expenses are selected and scheduled for payment.
