Verify Your FSAFEDS Login Before Open Season Enrollment
Be sure you can access your Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS) account before Open Season enrollment starts on Monday, November 10, 2025. Verifying your account login now will save time when you are ready to make your 2026 elections.
Contact Login.gov Support
FSAFEDS does not have access to update your Login.gov profile information. If you are having trouble logging in or have any questions, contact Login.gov directly by going to either
https://www.login.gov/contact/ or
https://www.login.gov/help/trouble-signing-in/overview/.
Do not forget to review eligible expenses and estimate your savings. These tools can help with planning your election amount for the coming benefit period.
Your FSAFEDS account(s) can help you save up to 30% off your taxes when you spend on eligible expenses like health care, prescriptions, dental, vision or child/adult daycare.*
Enroll in the FSAFEDS program during Open Season and keep saving money in 2026! Remember, if you are a current 2025 participant in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) or a Limited Expense Health Care Flexible Spending Account (LEX HCFSA), you can carry over up to $660 into 2026 as long as you re-enroll.
Explore Your Options with FSAFEDS
You can learn more about all the FSAFEDS programs available to you in just 15 minutes by watching the informative video linked below.
Do Not Forget to Link Your Accounts
To access your FSAFEDS account, ensure it is linked to Login.gov.
Quick Steps to Get Started:
- Create a Login.gov account using an email address unique to you (no family-shared accounts, for example).
- Match your FSAFEDS account email to your Login.gov account.
- Log in via Login.gov and authenticate your account for the first time on a desktop computer.
We Have a New FSAFEDS Mobile App
We have rebuilt our mobile app to improve account security. Apple iOS users will be required to delete the current FSAFEDS app from their devices and install the new FSAFEDS app from the App Store in order to access their accounts via the mobile app moving forward. Android users will only need to complete the required update in order to access the latest version of the FSAFEDS app.
How to Verify Your Identity
- Log in to your FSAFEDS Account using Login.gov. Be sure to use the same email address attached to both Login.gov and your FSAFEDS account.
- Pick one (1) of the following identifiers: 1) state-issued ID, OR 2) Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card or Common Access Card (CAC).
- When prompted, upload a photo of your state-issued ID and add a photo of your face or use your PIV/CAC to confirm your identity.
*Assumes a combined tax rate of 30%, including FICA, state and federal income taxes. Actual amounts may vary.
